Wealth Planning Advisor

Responsibilities

Lead initial conversations, asset diagnosis, needs mapping, and planning support for business owners, HNW families, and institutional clients — covering cash management, securities allocation, insurance protection, asset isolation, succession arrangements, and cross-border identity planning — helping clients form a clear wealth-management framework, and supporting relationship management, meeting notes, plan follow-up, and ongoing service coordination.

Requirements

CFA (CFA Society Hong Kong members preferred); experience in insurance, securities, or banking preferred. Able to understand HNW clients’ core concerns around asset safety, privacy, family succession, and cross-border arrangements; clear in expression, rigorous in logic, steady in execution, with long-term client-service awareness and a sense of compliance boundaries.

Securities Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

Help clients understand the basic characteristics, risk-return structure, and use cases of funds, ETFs, bonds, equities, and cash-management tools, and coordinate client access, product explanation, trade-process handling, and ongoing service via licensed securities platforms — working with wealth planning advisors to embed securities tools into clients’ overall allocation plans.

Requirements

Experience in securities, funds, banking, brokerage, wealth management, or related sales preferred; familiar with the common investment needs of Hong Kong and mainland clients. Able to communicate products in a clear, prudent, and compliant manner without overstating returns or promising performance, with strong follow-up, execution, and sales-conversion ability.

Insurance Sales Advisor

Help clients map protection, savings, annuity, succession, asset-isolation, and cross-border needs, and coordinate product explanation, application handling, underwriting documentation, and ongoing service via licensed insurance platforms — supporting the company in incorporating insurance tools into clients’ overall wealth management and family wealth plans.

Requirements

Experience in insurance, banking, or related sales preferred. Able to understand the common applications of Hong Kong insurance in protection, savings, succession, policy financing, and asset arrangements; steady in expression, strong in service awareness, with emphasis on compliant selling, client suitability, and long-term relationships.

Technology Sector Analyst

Research AI-related policy, industry trends, primary-market investment opportunities, and key-company developments in Hong Kong and mainland China — tracking AI infrastructure, applications, fintech, enterprise services, smart hardware, and data elements — producing industry research, project-screening materials, and an investment-judgement basis to support the company’s primary-market investments, industry partnerships, and technology-business layout.

Requirements

Background in technology investment, AI, computer science, policy research, or related fields preferred. Able to independently gather public information, organise value-chain logic, analyse business models and competitive landscapes, and output structured conclusions; clear in logic, strong in writing, sensitive to information, with sustained attention to the AI industry and Hong Kong / mainland policy environments.

Run the website, WeChat, RED, Channels, short-video platforms, and other content channels — planning and producing professional content on wealth planning, securities allocation, insurance solutions, owner asset arrangements, Hong Kong financial services, and cross-border asset management — to raise brand awareness, client trust, and prospective-client conversion.

Requirements

Experience in finance, business, financial content, new-media operations, short-video planning, or brand communication preferred. Able to translate complex financial services into clear, restrained, professional, and accessible content, with skills in topic planning, copywriting, basic design aesthetics, and platform operation, and able to work within the compliance, expression, and accuracy requirements of financial content.

CEO Assistant

Responsibilities

Support the CEO across client communication, business partnerships, meeting arrangements, project follow-up, document organisation, content publishing, and daily operations — contributing to the website, marketing materials, client files, partner-institution liaison, and internal process building, and ensuring key matters are recorded promptly, advanced effectively, and turned into traceable results.

Requirements

Strong execution, quick to respond, good confidentiality awareness, and clear in writing; able to handle multi-threaded tasks in a small startup team and adapt to direct founder management, fast feedback, and a high delivery standard.
